We attended an eyeglass sorting session at the Lion's Oakland Blind Center the morning of October 16th. After spending a few hours sorting out eyeglasses for recycling and reuse, we headed to Genova delicatessen for sandwiches. We took the sandwiches up to Tilden Park in Berkeley and had a nice picnic and then went for a ride on the Steam Train. We lucked out and the local model railroad club had their garden scale trains out for the day. Elizabeth and Race scored a second train ride.
